United Gardens Clinic (UGC) provides the first new model of treatment in 40 years, offering highly structured exit support programs. We endorse both pharmacotherapy and abstinence models in our treatment.

We are currently offering dosing at four pharmacies, with plans to expand in other areas as demand grows. Early and middle-of-day daily dosing is currently dispensed by our staff at RPAH.

Expansion is possible in the future based on demand.

Access to our team of prescribers are available five days (one sat per month) at our head office in Norton St, Leichhardt.

UGC has been operating for over three decades, providing a high quality service from our experienced team of doctors, nurses, psychologists, pharmacists and counsellors.

We offer a drug substitution program using methadone, buprenorphine and suboxone. These medications hold you for longer than heroin. This means that once you are stable on your daily dose,  you are free to work, study or whatever it is you need to do. These treatments are legal and affordable - allowing you to break the destructive habits of addiction.
